BREAKING NEWS: Do Better FCPS was the first to report on the fate of Principal Jonathan Coch of Navy Elementary School. Coch has been charged with a Class 5 Felony of Failure to Stop at an Accident as well as a DWI Class 1 Misdemeanor and the Civil Violation of Refusing a Breathalyzer. Parents were emailed this statement by FCPS, citing a traffic incident on Sept. 2 and explaining that Principal Coch has been placed on leave. We believe that Coch is actually in jail or awaiting bond.
