Our bees have been busy! We just pulled the first harvest of our Colony Blossom honey🌼
It is beautifully light, perfectly sweet, and straight from the hive🍯
Although it's a familiar sight for beekeepers, honey bee scientists are still unraveling the mystery behind this behavior.
Top theories:
🐝 They might be cleaning, scraping, and polishing the hive entrance
🐝 They might be laying down a trail of pheromones to help foraging bees find their way back home

How to make it🍯🍢
🔅Mix ingredients in a bowl until light and fluffy.
🔅Roll into a tight log on parchment paper.
🔅Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for longer storage.
