We hosted a parent-student/teacher breakfast on Friday, September 30th and it was a total success! Thank you to McDonaldâs on Gentry and Starbucks on Old Jacksonville Hwy for the coffee and breakfast donations. Thank you to our awesome Executive Board for all your hard work. Especially Agripina Viramontes for making the waffles!!

Griffin Elementary PTA officers provided breakfast for teachers at Griffin Elementary this morning. Off to a great start! Wishing everyone a successful and safe 2022-2023! We â¤ď¸ our teachers!!
Hello Griffin Elementary. End of school days is drawing near! See important dates to remember.
1. Field day is May 24: 8:30am-11 for K-2 and 12pm-2:30 for 3rd-5th. Lunch will be provided at the school.
2. We need 30 volunteers to work 15 stations for both sessions, morning and afternoon, but if you are unable to do both you can select times that's best for you. We also need volunteers to set up at 7am and clean up at 2:30pm.
3. We need water for approximately 660 students along with coolers.
4. We also need water balloons for the water balloon toss.
5. PTA will provide the snow cones for the event. Each student will be asked to bring $1 for a snow cone to be turned in to the teacher the Monday before.
IF YOU WANT TO HELP OUT IN ANY OF THESE AREAS, INCLUDING VOLUNTEERING DURING THE EVENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO AND WHAT TIMES SO THAT WE CAN ENSURE ENOUGH HELP THROUGHOUT THE EVENT.
