Last Thursday, our sixth graders performed their first ever concert!! These kids have given so much hard work in band, and all have very bright futures!! Here are some great pictures of your sixth grade students taken at our Christmas Concert!!

This past weekend, a group of our middle and high school students competed at the Region 21 All-Region Competition! This is a competition where students compete individually to achieve a spot in the All-Region Bands! The following students placed:
Middle School:
Evalyn Burman, 4th Chair Baritone
Anna Spinhirne, 11th Chair Percussion
High School:
Wyatt Reed, 8th Chair Percussion, Advancing to Area

This weekend, our band is heading to Longview ISD to compete in the Region 21 Marching Contest. Band, we are so incredibly proud of all of the hard work that you have given us this season. We could not ask for a more talented, passionate group of band members. We have watched you shine all semester, and we can't wait to see how you grow! 🌟

On Saturday, October 11th, the Mighty Indian Band is traveling to Teague High School to compete in the Teague Invitational Marching Contest! Our band performs at 10:00 AM in the preliminary round. Let’s get some positive vibes going for our band, as we know that they are going to do amazing in this competition!
