Our Lady Gator Pre-Athletics ladies hit the weight room today! πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ They learned the fundamentals of the bench press, squat, and several other exercises while building strength, confidence, and learning the importance of proper technique. πŸ”₯

These girls are already putting in the work to prepare for 7th Grade Athletics next year, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them grow and progress throughout the year! πŸ’š

Our 7th Grade A Team faced a tough first match against Bishop Gorman, falling 10-25, 8-25. But these girls showed incredible GRIT and RESILIENCE, bouncing back in a BIG way! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ They battled their way through the consolation bracket with two exciting wins:
