Requirements:
Registered Nurses:
-Two-year minimum of ER or ICU experience
-ALS Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC/ TCAR)
-EMT Certification Preferred
-Professional Certification (CEN or CCRN) Preferred

Paramedics:
-Two-year minimum of recent 911 experience
-ALS certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, PHTLS)
-National Registry Certification Preferred

-November 1 for Spring 2027
-June 1 for Fall 2027

I am conducting a research study focused on adapting and validating the Competency-Based Education Readiness Survey (CBERS), an instrument designed to assess organizational and faculty readiness for implementing competency-based education (CBE) in nursing education programs. The survey is online and should only take 15-20 minutes of your time. You are free to participate or not, and you can stop at any point. I will not be collecting any personal info, so your responses will be completely anonymous. If you are 18 or older, live in and are currently located in the United States of America, are able to read and understand English, hold a current teaching appointment (full or part-time) in a nursing education program, and are involved in curriculum delivery or assessment, you are eligible to participate!
