House of Emet is a calm alternative to traditional school.

We serve families seeking personalized learning, high academic standards, and a peaceful environment where children grow confident and capable.

I hear this story so often. Parents come to me exhausted because their child has been labeled 'difficult' or 'distracted.'

But when you change the environment, you change the child. In a space where they are seen and heard (and allowed to be a little silly!), the 'disruption' disappears and the joy comes back.

This is House of Emet.

Some of y’all have been feeling it for a while now…
Something just isn’t working for your child.

They’re either:
– bored and not being challenged
– overwhelmed and shutting down
– or just… not being seen the way they need to be

And you’ve probably been wondering:
“Is there something better?”

That’s exactly why I’m opening the doors to House of Emet.

We’re a small, structured K–5 learning environment here in

Tyler where students are:
✔️ known
✔️ supported
✔️ challenged
✔️ and built to lead

This isn’t just about academics… it’s about helping your child think clearly, grow in confidence, and actually enjoy learning again.

✨ Open House: April 17, 2026
(K–2: 12:00–1:00 | 3–5: 1:30–2:30)

If you’ve been looking for something different… this is your chance to come see it for yourself.

⚠️ We only have a few spots available for Fall 2026.
👉 Comment OPEN HOUSE or send me a message and I’ll reserve your spot.

Many homeschoolers think their child has a focus issue — but it might actually be attention residue.

Try slowing down subject transitions and giving their brain space to reset before diving into something new.

This could look like a brain break, a nature walk, journaling, or simply finishing one task with intention before starting another.

Because what we call “lack of attention” might actually be a lack of rhythm — and both the Bible and brain science agree.

👉🏽 Have you ever noticed your child struggling to shift from one subject to the next?

I used to think speed = success. I rushed through reading lessons trying to cover everything in 12 weeks.

But results? They didn’t stick.

Now, I teach at the pace of mastery—because real learning takes time.

I’ll be going Live this Thursday at 7:30 CST to share how House of Emet helps struggling readers thrive with confidence.

This is not about shame. This is about responsibility.
You are your child’s first teacher.
And when the school system falls short?
We step in.

I help parents build a real plan that actually works.
One that boosts reading by up to 30% in 12 weeks.
