As Mr. Enge takes over Math, he is bringing it on and showing our students that math isn’t just something we learn on paper—it’s something we use in REAL LIFE! 🙌

This week, students are learning (or refreshing!) an important everyday skill: READING AND FIGURING OUT TIME! ⏰

From reading the clock to calculating how much time has passed and figuring out what time something will happen, our students are learning how to think through the problem, find the answer, and apply math to the world around them.

At KLA, we love seeing our students take what they learn in the classroom and discover why it matters beyond the classroom! 💙

At Kingdom Life Academy, we believe education is about more than preparing students for a career—it’s about preparing them to step boldly into the purpose God has for their lives. 🙏✨

These students are taking the next step, pursuing their passions, developing their skills, and preparing for the careers God has placed on their hearts.

We are so proud to watch our KLA students grow from the classroom into young adults who are ready to work hard, serve others, pursue excellence, and follow God’s direction for their lives. 💙

As we continue celebrating our amazing Class of 2027, today we are excited to introduce
Pablo A. Martinez! 🎉

“Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.”

When asked to share about his journey and the advice he would give to others, Pablo shared:

“Sometimes I wish I could’ve done better earlier in my life. Stay focused on school, respect your parents, and always work hard. Hard work really pays off as long as you’re consistent. Most importantly, stay loyal to God, and you’ll be okay.

Looking back on my journey, I’ve had my struggles. One of them was not having Jesus as my Savior, and around that time, all of my struggles seemed to become harder. For example, I used to not care about school or my future. I used to think I was all that in a bag of chips😂, but God helped me.

I started to care when I saw my parents upset and disappointed. My dad always told me he wanted me to be better than him. My mom wanted me to be successful in life. God gave me the discipline that was much needed.”

Pablo’s story is a reminder that our journey may not always look the way we planned, but God can use every season, every lesson, and every challenge to draw us closer to Him and shape us into who He has called us to be.🙏

We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to watch Pablo grow, learn, and mature throughout his time at KLA. We are proud of the young man he is becoming in God and are excited to see where God leads him in this next chapter! 💙

Pablo, keep God first, keep working hard, and always remember to stay humble and kind!

Our KLA students had the opportunity to attend the Smith County Commissioners Court as they recognized Constitution Week, September 14–18, celebrating 239 years of our U.S. Constitution! 📜

We are thankful for Bob Brewer for initiating this resolution and for Craig Licciardi and Commissioner Christina Drewry for inviting KLA to be part of this special moment.

We love giving our students real-world opportunities to learn, serve, and grow into responsible citizens who make a difference in their community. What a blessing to see learning in action! 🇺🇸❤️

As fall and winter creep in, our horticulture program is getting ready for our cool season crops! Students are learning about planting, growing, and caring for crops – and then getting the opportunity to put that knowledge into practice hands-on!🪴🪏

At KLA, we believe students learn best when they can see it, do it, and experience it for themselves. What they learn in the classroom comes to life in the garden, helping them build real skills in a deeper understanding of horticulture.🌱📚

As we begin our new 2026–2027 journey, we are so excited to start another year of visiting Greenbrier Nursing Home in Tyler! 🏡❤️

We couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible students we have a KLA who genuinely love, care for, and build meaningful relationships with the residence. From singing and playing music to talking, praying, laughing, and simply spending time together, our students bring so much joy and light each time they visit. 🎶🙏🏼☺️

What a blessing it is to watch our students be a living example of God’s love and light through the way they serve others. We are so proud of the hearts they bring with them and the impact they make!✨

Last Friday, our students got a head start on the KLA Real World Class by preparing for their Friday paycheck and learning how to manage bills and expenses 💵🏦

Students put their math skills to work in a whole new way – budgeting, calculating, and making real-world financial decisions. Because at KLA, we know math is more than numbers on a page – it’s a skill students will use every day!

What an AMAZING first week at KLA! From learning and growing to making new friends and getting into the KLA Style, we’ve kicked off the year with so much excitement! 📚💙

We are already looking forward to all the memories, challenges, adventures, and opportunities that are ahead. Most of all, we are SO excited to see where God takes us throughout this school year! 🙏✨

As we wrap up our 2025–2026 school year, we want to celebrate an incredible year filled with hard work, dedication, and success! 🎉

We are so thankful for our amazing students and staff who made this year one to remember. Their commitment and determination have led to some exciting accomplishments:
⭐ We have one current TJC student continuing their journey.
⭐ Three more students are enrolled at TJC and will begin this August.
⭐ One student is preparing to volunteer at a local firefighter station.

We also had an outstanding summer class that finished the year on a high note!

Thank you to everyone who supported KLA throughout the year. We are so proud of all our students and can't wait to see what they accomplish next. Here's to another successful year and an even brighter future! 💙🎓
