As the holidays approach, we wanted to share a quick reminder about our upcoming hours:

• Early closure on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
• Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

We will be open for normal sessions the days following Christmas and New Year’s Day, and we look forward to getting back into our regular routines with our clients!

🌈 Sensory Sunday #5 — Visual Input (Lights, Colors & Visual Regulation) 💡

Sensory Spotlight:
Visual input includes light levels, colors, motion, and visual patterns. Some people love visually stimulating tools; others prefer low-visual environments. Both are completely valid sensory experiences.

Tools to feature:
• Liquid motion timers
• Soft, slow-moving visual lamps
• Color-changing sensory balls
• Visual schedules or simple first/then boards

As holiday lights and decorations become more common, offering choices and adjustments helps support comfort and regulation.
