Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Ministry

Oh my goodness, what an amazing week it has been. The kiddos have absolutely LOVED the worship music, dancing, the art projects, and the games that all went along with VBS. Ms. Laura, Mrs. Lisa, and the youth (Olivia, Christian, Katie, Skylar, AC, and Lily) did such an amazing job. Thank you so much for pouring the love of Jesus into our kiddos and showing them that we can follow Jesus every day!

On Day 3 of VBS, we talked about how Jesus is the light of the world! Our kiddos kept on dancing, playing games, and learning about the love of Jesus!

Day 2 of VBS is in the books! The toddlers and Pre-K have been learning about Jesus walking in water. Even though there was a storm all around them, Jesus was there with them, and even settled the storm. The Summer Camp kids talked about something similar: life isn't always easy, but we need to keep our eyes on Jesus and follow Him!

The first day of VBS was a success! We learned how Jesus found his disciples. Thank you to Ms. Laura, Mrs. Lisa, Christian, and Olivia for being such great leaders and helpers! Looking forward to the rest of this week!😁

First field trip for Summer Camp 2026. Both groups visited the Texas Freshwater Fisheries in Athens. Group A caught a total of 5 fish on Wednesday, and Group B caught a total of 4 fish on Friday. We were blessed with great weather both days.

FYI for Summer Camp Parents: we will NOT have Splash Days this week! We are having VBS! 😁

For the past few weeks, the children have watched some caterpillars through Mrs. Dwindy's window transform! God's creation is truly wonderful. Today we got to have our Jesus Celebration together as a school to praise the Lord, and release the beautiful butterflies. Thank you, Jesus for transforming us!

This week we have been learning the story of Peter in prison. Our Pre-K kiddos (along with Mr. Karl) did a great job acting out the story!
