And yes, we know you’ve been hard at work since membership opened August 1st. And we know you’ve been hard at work to get all our Tyler ISD kiddos back to school today ❤️
As we continue on this journey together, holding steadfast to the 116 year mission of Texas PTA, we’d also like to share 2 very important reminders with you all - our PTA leaders:

2. Have some fun! Remembering to slow down and look the kids in the face as you PTA this year, you’ll see more of the change and the joy we bring, and it’s sure to fill your cup! ❤️
THANK YOU for stepping up and giving your time for our 19,000 Tyler ISD kids! Council PTA is always here for help, questions, support, cheering you on, and - no matter how big or how small - we can’t wait to celebrate ALL the things you accomplish this year!! 🥳

Today marks the beginning of a new school year, and we're inviting our community to join us in covering Tyler ISD in prayer during the first 30 days of the 2026–2027 school year.
Day 1: Praying for a Great First Day!
Today, we pray that every student, teacher, administrator, staff member, and family experiences a joyful, safe, and successful first day of school.
May classrooms be filled with excitement, friendships begin to blossom, nerves be replaced with confidence, and every campus be a place where students feel welcomed, valued, and ready to learn.
