Tyler ISD Head Start is coming to you!

We’re at Parkview Garden Townhomes until 11:00 a.m. helping families enroll children who will be 4 years old by September 1.

We’ve already helped several families get registered for August. Don’t miss out, seats are filling fast! Stop by and see us!

For Head Start students, ALL supplies and backpacks are provided by the program.
However, many of our families have other children who could benefit from these events. Please make plans to attend. ❤️💙

Special thanks to Dr. Tiya Johnson with UT Tyler’s Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Fellowship Program. Through this partnership that she initiated, Head Start students have access to mental health services (if needed). Thank you Dr. Johnson❤️💙

Families who got an early start on registration should be receiving their acceptance letters in the mail! Thank you for taking care of enrollment early and securing your child’s spot.

We would love to celebrate this exciting milestone with you! Snap a picture of your little one holding their acceptance letter and tag Tyler ISD Head Start.

Tyler ISD Successful Student Outcomes

We had our last Head Start Policy Council meeting of the school year last week. These parents and community members came together to meet with us once a month since September to stay informed on “All Things Head Start”, make decisions, share great stories about their children’s learning, and enjoy each other over a meal. We can’t say “Thank you” enough for their faithfulness and love for the Head Start program. 💙❤️
