UT Tyler Passport Acceptance Facility

We provide services for DS-11 applicants and take photos for those using other passport and U.S. government applications. We are unable to assist with reviewing, mailing, or tracking any form except the DS-11 application. Please make an appointment from our website at uttyler.edu/passport and review the appointment protocols that are in place during this time of heightened health concerns.
