Mrs. McCarter is more than a leader, she is a constant source of encouragement, strength, and vision. She shows up every day with grace, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to our students, staff, and families. Her leadership creates a school where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow. We are grateful for her dedication, her kindness, and the example she sets for all of us.

Mrs. Lugo brings 14 years of experience in public education and currently serves as a 2nd-grade teacher and team lead at Brown Elementary. We are so grateful for Mr. Little and all he does for Brown Elementary! His dedication to our students, staff, and families does not go unnoticed. He leads with heart, builds strong relationships, and consistently goes above and beyond to make our school a special place.

Emily’s teacher said “she is a delightful and bright student!”

Emily loves to read. Reading and Math are her favorite subjects. Emily wants to be a doctor or a scientist when she grows up!

Emily loves to play with her younger brother Oliver. Her favorite color is purple! Emily loves helping her family and her first grade friends.
