So proud of our students and colleagues!!

We are incredibly excited to announce that the Tyler Junior College Wind Ensemble has been invited to perform at the 2027 TMEA Clinic/Convention.

This marks the second time the ensemble has received this honor, and we are grateful for the opportunity to represent Tyler Junior College and our community.

“We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and artistry of our students and faculty, and we look forward to sharing music with colleagues and friends at the convention,” said Jeremy Strickland, Director of Bands.

Come hear the legendary jazz trombonist, Marshall Gilkes, tonight or tomorrow night with the TJC Jazz Ensembles! It’s free and will be amazing! Don’t miss it!
