🌸🌼 Spring Has Sprung at Preschool! 🌼🌸

We are so excited to welcome the fresh, fun energy of spring into our classroom this week! 🌷☀️ Our little learners will be exploring the season through hands-on activities that spark creativity, counting, and sensory play.

Here’s what we are up to:
🌿 Flower Stem Counting – practicing numbers while building beautiful blooms
✂️ Cut the Grass Spring Fun – strengthening fine motor skills with some snip-snip fun
🌧️ Rainy Windows Process Art – creating rainy day masterpieces
🐛 Fingerprint Counting Caterpillar – counting in the cutest way possible

We love watching the children grow, learn, and blossom just like the flowers around us! 💐

🍀 St. Patrick’s Week Fun! 🌈

We’re feeling lucky this week at preschool as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with lots of fun activities!

✨ This week includes:
🚒 Fire Drill Practice – Learning how to stay safe and listen carefully during emergencies.
💚 Wear Green Day – Don’t forget to send your little one in their favorite green outfit!
🎨 Shamrock Art – Our class will be creating lucky shamrock masterpieces.
🖐️ Handprint Leprechauns – Tiny hands will turn into the cutest little leprechauns!

🫧 National Bubble Week at Smarty Pants Preschool! 🫧

This week we’re celebrating National Bubble Week, and our classroom is full of bubbly fun and learning!

Our little learners will be exploring bubbles in so many creative ways, including:🫧 Bubble Dough – squishy, sensory fun that helps build fine motor skills🎨 Bubble Painting – creating colorful bubble art masterpieces🔢 Bubble Counting – practicing early math skills while popping and counting bubbles

Hands-on activities like these help children learn through play, explore their creativity, and build important early learning skills. We can’t wait to see all the smiles (and bubbles!) this week brings!

🚒🔥 What an Exciting Day at Smarty Pants Preschool & Day Care! 🔥🚒

Our little learners had a very special visit from a real fire truck and some amazing firefighters! 🚨 The children were able to see the truck up close and learn about fire safety.

The kids asked great questions and loved seeing the big red truck! Experiences like this help make learning fun, hands-on, and memorable.

A huge thank you to our local fire department for taking the time to inspire our students. We are so grateful for our community! 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒
