With 3 age groups, Flight Crew is a fun, low-commitment way to experience college cheer.

NCA Camp ✔️

What a week.

Gilbert was named Best All-Around Mascot, earning a Gold Bid to Nationals.

Our All Girl team earned 1st Place in Rally Routine and a Bronze Bid to Nationals.

I’m proud of the way this team competed, learned, and grew throughout the week. We saw some great moments, faced some challenges, and left camp better than we arrived.

Now it’s time to get home, recover, and get back to work. This is just the beginning.

Ready for what’s to come.

Calling All Cheer Coaches!

We're excited to host a one-of-a-kind Coaches Development Day on Saturday, August 1, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, designed to help you build stronger athletes, stronger teams, and stronger programs.

Here's what you can expect:

A special Mental Health Session led by a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) focused on supporting today's athletes and creating healthier team cultures.
Hands-on coaching opportunities where you'll get on the floor, practice skills, ask questions, and learn by doing.
Observation stations where you can watch techniques, drills, and coaching strategies in action.
An interactive athlete panel featuring current and former cheerleaders sharing honest perspectives on recruiting, team culture, motivation, and what great coaches do differently.

Registration is only $35 per coach.

As an added bonus, every coach who registers will receive 35% off one team stunt clinic this fall, giving you another opportunity to continue developing your athletes after the event.

Whether you're a veteran coach or just getting started, you'll leave with practical tools, fresh ideas, and valuable connections with coaches from around the region.
