Hello November! Is it time to decorate the daycare for Christmas? Some of us say yes and some say no… Guess we shall see what we decide!

We have a job position opening up November 7th! Would like to fill this spot as soon as possible. This position is 8:30-5:30. Monday through Friday! This position will be with our one year old class. We are looking for someone that enjoys getting on the kiddos level and interacting with them. You must be reliable & love the busy flow of working with kiddos.

On Friday we had the Twin Falls Fire Department in! Our kiddos enjoyed the fun visit! They learned all about “stop, drop, and roll”, watching how fast they suit up, and getting to see/sit in the fire truck and educated on how many gallons of water are carried in the truck. How many gallons of water do you think they had in their truck?

Good evening!

We have decided to add an additional person to our team. We have a 9:30am-6:30pm Monday through Friday position. This teacher will assist in the preschool class during the early part of the day and aide our main infant room teacher in the afternoon. We are looking for someone patient, out going, and kind. You must enjoy children of all ages and be willing to interact on their level.

We are currently full in our infant room but still have a few openings in older classes.

Our focus of next week will be the letter “H”, the shape oval, and fun scarecrows. We also are very excited to have the fire department in our facility late next week to talk with our children about the importance of fire safety.

MRS. ALYSON
Position: Owner/Director

Mrs. Alyson opened Rise & Shine Learning Center November 1, 2018.

Ms. Aly, is the heart and soul of Rise & Shine. She builds our curriculum for our kiddos to learn from. She is always going the extra mile to make sure our staff and kiddos know how much they are appreciated.

Mrs. Aly has been married for over 11 years. She is a mother to two fun & rambunctious little girls. She enjoys crafting which produces our cute daycare shirts often.

Fun Fact: Mrs. Aly hates chocolate, and our preschool class thinks she’s crazy for it.

Thank you Mrs. Aly for building such a fun, and loving childcare facility for all of us to enjoy.

✨What we are doing Wednesday✨

🐄 Our Curious Cows class is working on sunflower handprints and having fun putting leaves around.

🐎 Our Hyper Horses class is working on matching/puzzles today along with fun coloring pages.

🐓 Our Rowdy Roosters class is working on identifying numbers while making a fun sunflower!

Next week we anticipate a fun week of reptiles, construction themed activities, squares, and the letter F. Stay tuned for all the fun photos to come.

🔺 We have a few fun visitors coming over the next few weeks such as, a dental hygienist, the Twin Falls Zoo, and the Fire Department.

🔺Next DATE NIGHT will be September 30th. $10 per kiddo. 7:30pm-11:30pm. We will provide pizza, games, and treats.

Ms. Sam!
Position: Closing lead/our lovely lunch lady

Ms. Sam has worked at Rise & Shine Learning Center since June of 2020.

Ms. Sam is often the last face you see at night during pick up, and responsible for all the yummy food our kiddos eat during the day. Many kiddos adore Sam for her fun games and wild imagination.

Fun Fact: Ms. Sam is an undefeated dress up week champion.

Thank you Ms. Sam for all your hard work and love you put into the kiddos and facility everyday.

Rise and Shine Learning Center is hiring for two full-time positions, as our long time employee is branching out to try new things & we want to add more hands to our team.

Starting pay is $9 with a $0.50 raise after 90 days. Free childcare for two children. We offer attendance bonuses.

This specific positions are with the 1-2 year olds and a preschool teacher.

Must be kind, hard working, and enjoy growing eager young minds.

Curriculum is prepared year round for a teacher to present to their class.

We are looking for two individuals that like working on a close nit team.

This position is fast paced but very rewarding.

We finished decorating one of the bathrooms tonight!

We will be doing a summer program this year for the older kids so if you have older kiddos let me know! I do not have full details yet because this is new for us but I do know that we will have themed weeks and it will be lots of fun hands on activities while still learning and staying actuve over the summer months. We will not be leaving the facility but I promise they will have a blast. We have our teacher hired and ready to go as well.
