NEW BUILDING PLANS REVEALED….

Friday the 17th at 5:00pm.

Come check out the 11 proposed building plans for a NEW ACTON ACADEMY Twin Falls.

Acton students have played the role of architects in designing ideal school buildings. Challenges have taken the students through the process of: research, design (drafting/sketching), and construction (model building). They’ve learned about architecture as a calling, scaling and applied mathematics, precision and attention to detail, and working within creative constraints. 📐 📏

It is amazing to see their creativity come to life and the pride they’ve taken in designing a new school building for their Acton community. 🏫

Top off the night with an edible architectural challenge given to all guests. GOOD LUCK 🍀 participating in this fun building activity that will test your building skills. We’d suggest teaming up with one of these architecture students!

It’s moments like this that I am SO grateful my kids have this opportunity to learn hands-on. These are life skills that they will use forever! What better way to apply core skills than through real-life applications that make them EXCITED about learning. ❤️

Crazy hair day FUN!
The elementary and middle grade students pushed themselves academically in order to celebrate their accomplishments with a crazy hair day. They of course invited the preschool and kindergarten too.
