🐳 At TCP, we’re a cooperative preschool — or “co-op” — where parents take an active role in their child’s early education by volunteering on a rotating basis, both in the classroom and behind the scenes.
👩🏫 In the classroom, parents work alongside our experienced teachers, helping with activities, supporting our play-based learning philosophy, and engaging with all the children — not just their own.
🏡 Outside the classroom, each parent takes on a school job that helps keep our program running smoothly. This might mean:
• serving on a committee (like Curriculum or Events)
• maintaining classroom materials
• or joining our parent Board of Directors
