Pouring Into Our Cubs, One Sip at a Time!

Sipping Tea with Mommy is a special opportunity for our scholars to begin their morning with the people who encourage, nurture, and support them each day. Although the event is titled “Sipping Tea with Mommy,” all guardians and supportive adults are welcome. This event is for both boys and girls, and we want every scholar to have an opportunity to participate and create a special memory.

📌 Important Reminders

Early dismissal ends at 2:30 p.m.

Carpool begins at 2:45 p.m.

Please contact the school before 1:00 p.m. for all transportation changes.

🐾💙 Welcome Back, Carver Cubs! 💙🐾
The backpacks are packed, the classrooms are ready, and the magic is waiting! We are excited to welcome our scholars back on Monday, August 10, 2026.
A little preparation creates a smooth and successful first day. Please help us keep every Cub safe, prepared, and ready to learn by following these important reminders:
🐾 Scholars may arrive beginning at 7:15 a.m.
🍎 Breakfast begins at 7:15 a.m.
📚 Instruction begins promptly at 7:30 a.m. Scholars should arrive on time and ready to learn.
🎒 Clear or mesh backpacks are required. Please label backpacks and all personal belongings.
👕 Scholars must follow the Macon County School System dress code.
✏️ Please send all required school supplies.
🚌 Transportation changes must be submitted to the front office in writing before 1:00 p.m. For safety, changes cannot be accepted through a scholar.
⏰ Early dismissals end at 2:30 p.m.
🚗 Carpool begins at 2:45 p.m. Scholars will be dismissed according to their designated transportation method.

Families, thank you for your patience, cooperation, and partnership. These expectations help us protect instructional time and ensure a safe, organized dismissal for every scholar.
