We had a great time together!

Our young cheese makers really enjoyed learning how to make fresh mozzarella. Everyone followed each step, got hands-on practice, and made their own batch of mozzarella to take home.

The kids showed a lot of enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork as they stretched curds and shaped mozzarella. It was great to see everyone learn new skills and gain confidence in the kitchen while having fun. Thank you to Tuscumbia First Methodist Church for hosting us, to Ms. Susan Hill for sharing her knowledge, and to all our participants for making the day a success.

Take a look at some of our favorite moments from the mozzarella-making workshop below.
