🏃‍♂️National Stage Opportunity🏃‍♂️

Jim Ned standouts Cline and C**t Carlisle traveled all the way to Greensboro, North Carolina, to compete in the prestigious Adidas Track Nationals in the 400-meter dash.

C**t finished 19 and Cline 84 out of 226 runners!

They toured High Point University as well as North Carolina and Duke!

What an experience for these guys!

The event brings together some of the top track athletes from across the country, making it one of the premier high school meets of the summer.

Safe travels home and congratulations to Cline and C**t on earning the chance to compete on one of track and field's biggest stages!

So proud of our debaters for competing at the National Debate Tournament! 🎤🇺🇸

MacKenzie M and Kenzie H finished with a 6–6 record, and Montgomery H and Evan D earned a 5–7 record. Advancing required an 8–4 record, so while the results weren’t what we hoped for, the experience was incredible.

Our students competed against teams from Ohio, California, Oregon, Nebraska, Illinois, Utah, Arizona, and Oklahoma, while Coach Leigh Petty judged teams from Colorado, Montana, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Out of 192 teams nationwide, only 50 advanced to elimination rounds. We’re proud of how our students represented our school and grateful for the opportunity to compete on the national stage! 👏🏆
