Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this finds you well. I am writing to share important information for bus riders who are currently routed. If you missed the deadline we will process those requests as soon as we can. You should be able to access your student's information on the EZ Arrival App.
Please not that times are subject to change by 10 minutes on either side of the designated times until the routes level out.
If the information we have in the system looks different than requested, please email, Scott Carlisle at [email protected] before school begins.
Make sure you check bus numbers and colors because some of them may have changed. We have several new drivers as well, so the normal routes you are used to may have changed also.
If all of the information looks correct, there is no need to email or call. Thank you for your attention to this information and for your continued support. We look forward to a safe and successful school year.

🚧 US 83/84 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🚧

Jim Ned CISD families should be aware of upcoming traffic-pattern changes associated with TxDOT’s ongoing improvements to the US 83/84 Y-Intersection and US 83 north of Tuscola.

The project is designed to improve safety and mobility in this heavily traveled area. As construction progresses, families may encounter lane shifts, reduced speeds, construction equipment, and occasional delays—particularly during morning arrival and afternoon dismissal times.

We encourage families to:

• Allow additional travel time
• Pay close attention to construction signs and changing traffic patterns
• Reduce speed and avoid distractions in work zones
• Use extra caution around school buses and student drivers

The district will continue monitoring the project and will communicate any changes that directly affect bus routes or school operations.
