As part of a back-to-school service effort, our ACA faculty and staff came together to gather new pillows, bed sheets, and stuffed animals for High Socks for Hope—a local non-profit that strives to create long-term relief for natural disaster survivors, families in crisis, veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness. We are so grateful for the work this organization does in our community and honored to play a small part in bringing comfort and hope to those who need it most. ❤️💙

The count down to the new school year is official on, and we want to welcome all ACA Patriots to the Wyatt Heating & Cooling LLC Back-to-School Bash!

We’re bringing the whole community together for games, inflatables, face painting, food trucks, and a special “Meet the Teams” night featuring our fall athletes and the ACA band!

Leading by example before day one! 🤝✨Our SGA kicked off their leadership prep for the new year by diving straight into SERVICE. The team spent the morning volunteering at Purchase with a Purpose—a fantastic local, 100% volunteer-run nonprofit shop in Tuscaloosa that funds local and global missions, ministries, and adoptive families. Our students rolled up their sleeves to sort clothes and organize inventory to help support this incredible ministry. Afterward, they headed back to campus to map out their vision for coming academic year—and it’s going to be a great!

Shout out to our ACA Cheerleaders for having an oustanding showing at UCA Cheer Camp! They brought home 2nd place finishes in Sideline, Camp Dance Cheer, and Overall Game Day, plus a Gold Ribbon in evaluations.

And a special congratulations to our mascot, Pat the Patriot, for earning the Camp Champion award as the best overall mascot at camp🏅

We can’t wait to see this crew leading the student section on Friday nights this season!

Please help us welcome Mr. Tyler West to our ACA Music Department as Assistant Band Director!

Mr. West will be moving to Tuscaloosa from Georgia. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Music Education and Music Composition with multiple honors for excellence in performance and education. Mr. West’s primary instrument is trumpet and he is also an accomplished composer, arranger, pianist, and organist.

Mr. West loves the Lord and has served Him through music at Second Baptist Church in Chattanooga for the last five years. Welcome to ACA, MR. West! 🔴🔵

Lace up those sneakers! 🏀 ACA’s Summer Basketball Camp is coming up on July 28 and 29! Two mornings packed with skills, drills, and lots of fun.

👦👧 Who: Boys & Girls, K - 6th Grade
💵 Cost: $100 per camper

We’re wrapping up camp on day two with a pizza party, plus every camper goes home with a certificate and a medal! 🍕🏅
