📣📣📣

We are excited to officially kick off TASPA’s 21st CCLC After-School Program tomorrow! We are looking forward to a great year of learning, enrichment, and fun as we Level Up Beyond the Bell!

⚠️ IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT REMINDER: Only students who have received an official acceptance email/message confirming their placement in the program are permitted to stay for after school at this time. Completing an application or attending orientation does not mean that a student has been accepted into the program.

Students who are currently on the waitlist should not stay after school tomorrow. As we review enrollment and attendance, families on the waitlist will be contacted if/when additional spaces become available. Please wait until you receive an official acceptance notification before sending your child to the program.

For our accepted students:
Students will report to the after-school program immediately following dismissal.
Dinner and a snack will be provided.
All students must be picked up by 5:25 PM.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to provide a safe, organized, and engaging program for our students. We can’t wait to get started!

TASPA Families,

If you submitted an application for your child to participate in our after-school program, we invite you to attend ONE MANDATORY parent orientation session. Attendance at one of the scheduled sessions is required before your child can be accepted into the program and placed on a roster.

During the orientation, we’ll share everything you need to know for a successful year, including our program goals, daily schedule, expectations for students and families, and exciting enrichment opportunities.

Please plan to attend one of the three available sessions. We look forward to partnering with you to make this an amazing year of learning, growth and fun as we Level Up Beyond the Bell!

Please note: Attendance at one parent orientation session is required for your child’s application to remain under consideration. Attendance does not guarantee acceptance into the program, as enrollment is based on available space. Families who do not attend one of the scheduled orientation sessions will have their child’s application moved to the waitlist.

Families will be notified after the final orientation once student rosters have been finalized.
