3rd Annual APA RAW WAR III -- Raw Powerlifting Extravaganza
APA SANCTIONED POWERLIFTING EVENTS: BENCHPRESS, SQUAT & DEADLIFT
UNSANCTIONED (CASH PRIZE TO WINNERS): BENCH FOR REPS
We are the new home for the APA Alabama State Powerlifting Championship. This is a sanctioned, full power, raw and raw classic event featuring squat, bench press, and deadlift. This year we are bringing back the bench press for reps event (non-sanctioned) for a cash prize.
The Northport Civic Center is located on the corner of Hwy 43 N. and McFarland Blvd. in Northport
GENERAL ADMISSION - $10
VIP SEATING - $15
Singlet's REQUIRED for weigh in, and for competition.
NO outside food will be allowed inside the main venue. There will be concessions sold at the meet.
Weigh-ins: Friday July 26, 2017 - Time TBA
Meet will start at 8:30 am on Saturday July 27, 2017!!
This meet is Sanctioned by the American Powerlifting Association (APA). You must be a member to be eligible. You may purchase membership card at the meet ($40 adult - $20 High School Student).
RAW = No bench shirt and no supportive suit. Belt, Knee & Wrist wraps are allowed if you wish to wear them. SINGLETS are REQUIRED for all divisions, SOCKS are required for deadlift. All Squats are walk out!

If you are a member of the APA/WPA you will need to bring your membership card/receipt from online purchase to the meet as proof or receipt of your membership purchase. If you don’t have proof, you WILL be REQUIRED to purchase another card (no exceptions) If you lost your card, it will be 50% of a new membership to reissue a new card! If you are not a member you must purchase a membership card with your entry or at the weigh in.
