Families who applied should check ParentSquare and/or email for information regarding their child’s status. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.

If your child was placed on the waitlist, there is still a possibility for placement! As the program begins and spots become available, we will contact families directly regarding next steps.

TASPA Families,

If you submitted an application for your child to participate in our after-school program, we invite you to attend ONE MANDATORY parent orientation session. Attendance at one of the scheduled sessions is required before your child can be accepted into the program and placed on a roster.

During the orientation, we’ll share everything you need to know for a successful year, including our program goals, daily schedule, expectations for students and families, and exciting enrichment opportunities.

Please plan to attend one of the three available sessions. We look forward to partnering with you to make this an amazing year of learning, growth and fun as we Level Up Beyond the Bell!

Attendance does not guarantee acceptance into the program, as enrollment is based on available space. We're excited to welcome our TASPA Stars back for Meet & Greet! Join us to meet your teacher, drop off school supplies, learn important information for the upcoming school year, and get ready for an amazing year of learning.

The last few weeks of summer learning, members of The Royal Premier Chapter of The National Junior Honor Society partnered with TASPA 21st CCLC students and dedicated their time to cleaning up our school. They organized closets, helped teachers move classrooms, wiped walls, scrubbed baseboards, and cleaned windows & glass.

Students also created Father’s Day cards & snack packs for fathers at our local assisted living facility, Crimson Village. We are so proud of their hardwork and big hearts! ❤️ #

What a great way to celebrate students' hard work this summer! TASPA and Arcadia Elementary's 2026 Summer Learning Fun Day was a blast! Thank you to Sugar Ice, Big Tasty and Kool Moe's Food Trucks for helping to make this a success! A huge thank you to Tuscaloosa fire station 4 for sponsoring our water day! 😊
