Today’s Motivate Me Monday featured Officer Rel Norfleet, who shared a powerful message with our students about turning mistakes into lessons.

Officer Norfleet reminded students that the mistakes we make do not have to define our future. It is never too late to learn, grow, and make a different decision, but change starts with being willing to choose a better path.

Thank you, Officer Norfleet, for being transparent with our students and encouraging them to use every experience as an opportunity to become better.

A huge thank you to the Tuscaloosa Police Department for bringing out their show car and spending time with our wonderful students!

Our students truly enjoyed getting an up-close look at the car, asking questions, and learning more about the work our officers do in the community. We appreciate TPD for helping create such a fun and memorable experience for our students!
