Dr. Zhu's research examines the human dimensions of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a focus on human-centered AI, AI ethics, information ethics and technology-mediated learning.

Dr. Zhu empowers students to become thoughtful scholars, ethical leaders and engaged citizens who are prepared to shape the future of human-centered AI and information technologies.

📖 Meet Kyle Clark!

Kyle is an Assistant Professor in the School of Library and Information Studies.

His research explores bookbinding, book materiality and understanding of the physical book in history through observational and technical analysis.

Kyle believes the interdisciplinary nature of book arts creates opportunities for students to connect creativity, scholarship and professional practice in meaningful ways.

As an Instructor in UA Department of Advertising and Public Relations, Keelie brings more than 25 years of agency leadership and experience building integrated marketing communications strategies for clients into the classroom.

Committed to hands-on mentorship, Keelie plans to help students build industry connections and prepare for careers in advertising and public relations.

The Windgate Foundation awarded the School of Library and Information Studies an impactful $4 million grant to expand its nationally recognized book arts program.

The funding will support graduate scholarships, assistantships and studio resources, helping ensure the program’s continued growth for years to come.
