Starting off the year with a bang!

We would like to take to wish our bestie Jessiah a Happy Birthday. And Happy Early Birthday birthday to our bestie CJ! Today, we had a joint celebration to begin in the new school year 💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️

As I prepare for the 2024-2025, I just want my new besties to know that the connection that we are about build is a big piece of the puzzle that will be stuck with them for a lifetime!

Most importantly, they should know that WE ALL FIT TOGETHER!

Dear Besties,

You have so much strength and power and courage and brilliance inside of you and I know that you are more than ready to go out and change this world.

So while I am not nearly ready to let you go, I know that it is time. I thank you, from the very bottom of my heart, for the most incredible year ever. I believe that I have learned more from all of you then you ever could have learned from me. Thank you, every single one of you, for being my teachers’ this year. You all have earned a very special place in my heart.

To my upcoming besties, I cannot wait to meet you for the 2024-2025 scholastic years.

I pray that you all have an amazing summer. See you in the Fall!

Yesterday, our functional besties received silly awards, hot dogs. and Cotton Candy to end the school year. Let’s just say they were tickled Red, White and Blue.

Today, our bestie Khadi was promoted to 6th grade. Congratulations sweet girl! You are truly amazing and we wish you the best of luck at Hillcrest next year. We want you to know that you’ll always have a special place in our hearts here at Englewood. Love always, your functional besties 💙❤️🥰
