Wells Swaim Culture Center is a music educational development community based center, supported by Zelpha's Cultural Development Corporation, Inc.
Our focus is not only to offer the community the opportunity to receive free instruction in applied music; but to also offer a constructive alternative to less desirable activities which are so readily available in this day and age.
We apologize for the lack of post and response to comments. For unforeseen reasons, the center is temporarily closed. We will post our reopening date as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.
Piano lessons will resume on December 5th for students who have already registered.
