Wells Swaim Culture Center

Wells Swaim Culture Center Wells Swaim Culture Center is a music educational development community based center, supported by Zelpha's Cultural Development Corporation, Inc.

Our focus is not only to offer the community the opportunity to receive free instruction in applied music; but to also offer a constructive alternative to less desirable activities which are so readily available in this day and age.
