The Student Health Center (SHC) & Pharmacy is designed to meet your healthcare needs. Our services include acute and chronic care, vaccinations, allergy shots, women’s health, nutrition therapy, psychiatry, substance abuse and foreign travel consultation. In addition to these services, the SHC has access to multi-specialty practice consultation and referral through University Medical Center. We also have an on-site pharmacy to conveniently meet the needs of our students' health.

Getting your prescriptions taken care of is one less thing to worry about at The UA Student Health Center and Pharmacy!
At our on-site pharmacy, students can fill prescriptions and transfer prescriptions from their pharmacy back home. Our pharmacy also carries over-the-counter medications and has supplements for purchase.

Students, don’t forget about UA’s immunization requirements!
Required immunizations include:
✅ 2 MMR shots (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) or proof of immunity
✅ Meningitis (MenACWY) – received at age 16 or older
✅ Chickenpox (Varicella) – 2 doses or proof of immunity
✅ Tdap – one dose within the last 10 years
✅ TB Screening Form

We can’t wait to welcome all incoming students to UA campus this fall! Before the semester kicks off, make sure you’re up to date on your immunizations . Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday from 9am-5pm.
