Read for the Record 2025 was a success !! We had Special Readers to come in and read to our little ones. I think it’s fair to say they enjoyed it. See Marcus Grow by Marcus Bridgewater and Reggie Brown was the book of choice.

We were so fortunate to have esteemed author, DrLillian Gaines McKinney, share her latest book - "Nova goes to Daycare." Thanks to Dr. Mckinney for gifting us with a signed copy. Our students truly enjoyed her visit!.

The latest weather updates show the imminent threat to enter Tuscaloosa at 8am. We will delay our opening until 9am to allow safe travel for our families and staff.

In accordance with Tuscaloosa City Schools, TLC will implement a 2 hour delay due to inclement weather. We will open at 8am. Please stay weather aware and continue to check back for updates.
