Today, I had the honor of delivering the opening keynote for CLAS- Council for Leaders in Alabama Schools, speaking to a room full of passionate and driven new school administrators.
I reminded them that they are the heartbeat of their schools, the leaders who shape culture, ignite vision, and empower others to thrive.

My visit to Huntsville was simply amazing! From meaningful conversations to powerful connections, and having the one and only Superintendent Dr. Clarence Sutton show up in support, every moment was impactful.
The energy, the purpose, the people—it all reminded me why this work matters. I left feeling inspired, encouraged, and more committed than ever to the journey ahead.
