Little Lamb Christian Preschool

Our open house style grad party is THIS FRIDAY! We will be open from 8am to 3pm! This is open to our current students and families to come participate in fun activities, and receive their certificates! (And a little something special from their teachers) You can come and go when you are available, and we ask that all children are accompanied by an adult at all times, thank you and we can't wait!

Teacher Joanna brought in a new classroom friend! The kids got to see and hear about stick bugs today!

Registration opens for the 21-22 school year TODAY! Spots are filling up VERY quickly so if you are interested please fill out a registration form found on our website and turn it in to our church office! There are currently only spots available in our P.M class!

The Teaching Assistant is responsible for assisting the daily operation of Little Lamb Christian Preschool. The teaching assistant works cooperatively with the preschool director in providing appropriate learning experiences. The teaching assistant also helps with the upkeep of facilities, and records, and works cooperatively with parents, and church staff. The director and teaching assistant work as a team. It is essential that the teaching assistant be able to take direction from the director, but also to work independently once that direction has been given. It is expected that the teaching assistant will make the director aware of problems when they arise, and offer suggestions for improvement in operations, curriculum and methods. Qualifications for this position, personal and spiritual, are the same as those of the Preschool Director.

The Director handles the day to day operation and provides quality Christian education to each student by creating and implementing a suitable curriculum, including Bible, crafts, songs, and activities for the age group. The director is responsible for being the main contact for parents/guardians, as well as completing immunization requirement paperwork. The director is responsible for writing a monthly newsletter to communicate what students are working on as well as upcoming events and/or announcements. The director must also be willing to attend a board meeting once a month with the other board members to discuss the program.

Dear Little Lamb families,
This letter is to inform you that both Teacher Karlie and Joanna will be resigning from their positions at the end of this year. We wanted to make sure our community was aware before posting the job openings and beginning the hiring process. Karlie and Joanna have been offered opportunities outside of teaching and after much prayer, and consideration we have both decided to follow those paths and see where God is leading us. We could not be happier with this ministry and we have been overwhelmed with support by our preschool board. We trust that God has the perfect team in mind to take on this ministry, and we are praying for nothing but success for our future teachers and students. Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions please let us know, or if you know of anyone who would be a good fit send them our way!

Due to weather, and icy roads Little Lambs will be closed today.. we are so sorry for our Little Lambs, we will have our party on Tuesday! Have a good weekend and stay safe!
