TCPS Elementary

On Thursday (May 28) from 3:00-6:00 pm, all families are invited to the Christian Life Center to write a verse and their family’s name on the gym floor before the hardwood is installed. Come join us for this special come and go event.

As we begin summer break, we pray everyone has a safe, fun, and restful summer! ☀️🌴

If you need anything during the summer months, please feel free to reach out. Summer office hours begin Tuesday, May 26, and our offices will be open Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Earlier today, our school family gathered for a sweet time of fellowship as we honored Melissa Hester, Mary Beth Barnard, Lena Franks, Gayla Peal, and Madison Baker during a special “Fond Farewell” celebration. 💕📚

Staff enjoyed desserts, laughter, memories, and heartfelt goodbyes while celebrating the love, dedication, and impact these ladies have made on our students and school community. We are thankful for the way each of them has served faithfully and reflected the love of Christ throughout their time here.

We pray God’s richest blessings over each of them in the journey ahead! ✨

The TCPS Elementary Dance Team participated in the “Dance in the Schools” Dance Festival today at the Saltillo High School Basketball Gym!

Students from Lawhon, Pierce Street, Saltillo, TCPS, and Verona Elementary Schools performed routines showcasing all they have learned throughout the school year. We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and talent!

A special thank you to The Dance Studio and Dance in the Schools for their generous support through grants that help bring movement and dance opportunities to our campuses.

The 5th and 6th Grade Back to School Retreat this August will focus on the theme, “Stronger Together” — building community and unity in Christ.

Our theme verse is Hebrews 10:24-25 “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
