Culinary Arts had another exciting day at the CTE Center! Students invited parents to enjoy a day in Italy with their parent luncheon. Student made lasagna from scratch and a chicken parm pizza with homemade pizza dough, with Caesar salad. The dessert was amazing too!

The CTE Center is busy, busy! On Friday, Culinary Arts year 2 students planned, prepared and presented lunch to their parents with the theme, “Take Me Out To the Ballgame.” It was such a great day and everyone enjoyed the time together and especially the meal!!

Last week we took our Compass Ambassadors to the Memphis Redbirds Education Day. It was fun for these students that have worked so hard this year at the CTE Center and helped us with so many projects. These students are selected by their teachers to help with recruitment, tours, and any other event or activity we need help with. They are all outstanding and we can’t wait to see how they use their talents in the future. Special
Shout out to Sheriff Jim Johnson’s and Deputy Ronnie Bugg for driving the bus and going with us.

We can't leave Mrs. Misty Browning out today! She is OUR rockstar Administrative Assistant Professional and there is no one better. Just be warned if you ask her for brownies, they are a little dry. 😜 She definitely brings the party to our school and knows the best tennis games. She is organized, a perfectionist (in the best kind of way), decorator extraordinaire, encourager, helper of all things, early bird, team player, she makes sure we are all celebrated on our birthdays and so much more!! We are really blessed to have this beautiful person on our team!
