We hope you are coming out to support our Bears this Friday for our first home game of the season!

Here are a few reminders:

There is no cash accepted at the gate. Tickets can be purchased at the gate via QR code, credit card, or tap on your phone. To save time at the gate, tickets can also be purchased ahead of time through our Athletics website or by clicking on the link below: https://gofan.co/app/school/CA22613

Non high school age students must be accompanied by an adult to enter the game and must be supervised during the game.

Footballs, soccer balls, frisbees or any other sports equipment is not permitted inside the gates.

Parking will be available on campus in the student lot and the lower gravel lot. Fire lanes must be kept clear for emergency vehicle access.

Our Athletic Boosters Club will have some delicious snacks for sale - make sure to stop by the snack shack to help support our Athletic Department!

It's time to get ready for the fall musical,"The Drowsy Chaperone, Jr.!" Students can log in to the Google classroom for audition information the weekend before auditions.

We want everyone interested to get involved. We even take an entire afternoon to teach you everything we want to see in auditions on our "Audition Prep Day," so even if you're new, we're here for you!

Tues. Sep 1, 3:30-5:30 pm Audition Prep Day
Thurs. Sep 3, 3:30-7:00 pm AUDITIONS
Sep 4, 3:30-5:30 pm Call Backs

Rehearsals begin September 8th after school until 5:30pm. Performances are Thurs-Sat, Nov 5 - 14. Have questions? Email Kyla Hatler at [email protected] or come on by the theater on A days to chat!

Hello Summerville Community!🐻

We are ready to welcome your students to the First Day of School tomorrow, August 18th at 8am (7am for students with a zero period)

Here are some important reminders:
🔸Please refer to our website (summbears.net) for updated bus routes. If you are driving your student, please provide additional time to account for traffic.
🔸We offer a delicious breakfast and lunch at our Summerville Cafeteria at no cost to your student. Breakfast is served before school and during our first passing period.
🔸Students who bring a cell phone to school will be required to place the silenced phone in cell phone holders at the beginning of each class.
🔸Students will have access to Chromebooks in their classrooms to use for academic purposes during the school day (not checked out individually).
🔸Powerschool portal will be available by 4pm today for parents and students to log in - we appreciate your understanding and patience as our Grade Level Coordinators are still adjusting schedules in response to your requests.

🔸Our first day of school, “No Backpack Day” will be a fun day with opportunities for learning and connection, as well as a school wide BBQ!
🔸Tomorrow morning, Grade Level Coordinators will be in the quad handing out paper schedules before the first period if your student wants an updated paper copy.
