ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!

We will have a WOMENS SELF DEFENSE CLASS ON SATURDAY 10/17!

The class will be from 11:15 to 1:15 and we are working on having lunch available also. Cost will likely be around $15 (this really is for lunch as there is no charge for these classes!

More to follow but please put it on your calendar. I would LOVE to see those that are wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, etc of our TKC family come to this. Please ask a friend, we have room for 20 people.

We will be heavily promoting this and ask that there is an RSVP so we can let our lunch people know how many to plan on.

Great way to start the week last night!!

Excellent turnout, basics, kicking, and some awesome combo drills, one of which is demonstrated right here by Breanne Banta Shay. She’s actually an OR nurse but I thought she was going to PUT someone in the OR!! Awesome two strike knife hand to both sides of the neck!!

Come see us today, kids at 5:30, adults at 6:30!
