Come join our amazing school! We now have 2 full time spots available for children 2 years and older.

We provide a preschool program that combines a Montessori and Waldorf based educational curriculum. This program prepares children for Kindergarten, with a hands on, gentle practice that encourages self-guided learning and promotes intellectual, emotional, and creative growth. When children are encouraged to interact with their peers and adults in positive ways, they feel safe exploring their surroundings.

Our mission is to provide a child-centered education focusing on fostering children’s creativity in a developmentally appropriate and resource rich center. This is foundational for creating a caring and inclusive social play environment that can naturally provide for a child’s development in all area of learning, including literacy, numeracy, social-emotional, and cooperative play.

Today we say congratulations to our preschool graduates as they move onto the next chapter of their education. Some will remain with us for before and after school care, but a few are moving on completely. We are so proud of you and have been blessed to watch you grow and learn over the years 💛📚🎓

Schedule: Part-time | Monday–Friday | Flexible availability between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Are you passionate about working with children in a warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly environment? We are currently hiring two part-time childcare team members to join our supportive and energetic team!

About the Role:

This position involves direct care of children in a safe, engaging environment, along with maintaining a clean and organized classroom space. Flexibility is essential, as shifts vary within the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Core Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment, including:
• Wiping tables and chairs
• Washing dishes
• Sweeping and mopping classroom floors
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, diapering, and transitions
• Lift and carry children or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing standards

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Required (or willingness to obtain upon hire):
• Infant/Child/Adult CPR & First Aid Certification
• Food Handler’s Permit
• Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate
• Safe Sleep Training
• Negative TB Test
• Fingerprinting and background check clearance
• Completion of 30-hour Childcare Basics Course
• Preferred but not required:
• Experience caring for children in a professional or home setting
• Educational background in early childhood education or related field

We are a pet-friendly childcare environment. Our space includes friendly animals such as rabbits, dogs, cats, a bird, and a lizard. Applicants must be comfortable working around animals on a daily basis.
