We're accepting applications for the 2027 Seminary Scholars cohort!

At Phillips, we eliminate as many barriers as we can to achieving a seminary education. That's why this special program awards eight full-tuition scholarships and annual living stipends to incoming, full-time master’s students.

Here's the breakdown:

• $21,000 annual living stipend for scholars who relocate to Tulsa⁠
• $10,500 annual living stipend for Master of Divinity students who remain outside Tulsa County⁠
