The week before spring break, two of our students, Keyla Santacruz and Andrew Lewis, went to Oklahoma City for the week with Mr. Wiley and Ms. Fornal to show their pigs at Oklahoma Youth Expo (OYE), the country's largest youth livestock show.
Both students did well -- even though we didn't place, it was a great experience for them! They were able to meet new people, experience the show life on a larger scale, and we also got to experience a tornado going over us at the hotel. Great memories were made.

Congratulations are in order for Keyla Santacruz! She has been selected to receive her State FFA Degree at the 100th State FFA Convention on May 6th, 2026! She will be the third recipient for our chapter! Way to go Keyla!!

Last week was a busy week for the Tulsa-Webster FFA chapter!
Tuesday -- Members went to the Food Bank of Eastern OK to help pack and sort food for families across Eastern Oklahoma. We helped pack 17,657 POUNDS of food in 3 hours!
Wednesday -- Two of our students, Keyla Santacruz and Andrew Lewis, went to the Tulsa County livestock show to show their hogs. Keyla placed 1st in her class and 3rd overall! Andrew placed 2nd in his class! Great job guys!
Thursday -- Members went to the Infant Emergency Services in downtown Tulsa to help sort through donations and help families in need. We spent three hours there helping sort clothes of all different sizes so families could come and get products they need for a better life!
Now we have a small week break before Mr. Wiley and Ms. Fornal are off with the hog kids to Oklahoma Youth Expo (OYE) next week!

Today two of our FFA Members, Keyla Santa Cruz and Andrew Lewis, took their hogs to a show in Sperry, OK. Keyla placed 2nd and 3rd place, and Andrew placed 3rd. Good job guys!
