The goal is PROGRESS over perfection. 🚂

This week, we are focusing on how *mal adapted* perfectionism gets in the way of progress (growth and learning). 🌱

Sometimes progress isn’t moving forward at all, it’s just holding your ground and not going “backwards.”

Sometimes it IS going “backwards”, reflecting, and trying again a different way- realizing you definitely want to do something different the next time.

The secret is: there is no moving backwards. 💡

It’s ALL part of the process.

We are all unique, multi-faceted creatures.

There is nothing wrong with you.

Sometimes it takes turning the diamond in a different light to see it shine.
