PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: We have updated our Rank One system and are asking all athletes to complete the process as soon as possible so we can work out any glitches before the 2026–2027 school year.
Greetings from Metro Christian Athletics! As a proud member of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA), Metro Christian Athletics requires specific forms to be completed before students are eligible to participate in athletics. We now have an updated electronic system in place to make submitting these forms easier for families.
Getting Started:
Go to www.mcapatriots.com
Click on “Electronic Forms” at the top center of the page
Returning families will notice an upgraded system this year
Once logged in, please watch the tutorial video or read the tutorial instructions carefully before beginning
Important Notes Once Logging In
Only NEW athletes to Metro need to complete the “Changing Schools Form”
You will need your students 6-digit Veracross ID # (Brody: 110742)
Be sure to select your athlete’s 2026–2027 grade level, NOT their current grade
Incoming 6th graders only need to complete forms if participating in cross country. Physicals for 6th graders will need to be uploaded if participating in strength camp.
Physical Upload Information:
One new feature in Rank One is that parents will now upload physical forms directly into the system.
Please make sure:
All sections of the physical form are completed
All required signatures are included before uploading
Your student has a current physical (5/1/26 OR LATER) on file before participating in practices or camps
If needed, physical forms can be downloaded from www.mcapatriots.com and completed by a local physician
All physicals must be submitted by:
The first practice, OR
The first day of strength camp
(whichever comes first)
Athletic Fee Information:
You may notice an “Athletic Fee” link in Rank One this year.
Please note:
DO NOT complete or pay anything through that link at this time
Athletic fee links will still be sent directly by your child’s coach
The fee section will remain red until the official coach link is sent
Approval Process:
Please understand:
Paperwork will not turn green immediately after submission
Forms must first be reviewed and approved by:
The Athletic Office
Our Athletic Trainer (for physicals)
For new Metro athletes, additional eligibility steps involving previous schools may be required, which can take extra time. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review each submission to ensure eligibility compliance.
Before Emailing Questions:
Please read ALL tutorial instructions and/or watch the tutorial video before reaching out with questions. Many common issues are addressed there.
Thank you for your cooperation and support of Metro Christian Athletics!
