Daniel and Rachelle Gardner's story isn't marked by a single breakthrough moment but years of steady faithfulness.

Nearly two decades after enrolling their first child, the Gardners are still deeply woven into the fabric of LCS and Church on the Move. What began as a step of faith has become a way of life. “It’s been incredibly worth it,” Rachelle said. “I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.”

The Gardner family’s story is a powerful reminder: when you stay planted through the hard seasons and the uncertain ones, God faithfully grows something that lasts far beyond what you can see in the moment.

Teacher Summer Highlight!👋 Here's what Secondary Bible teacher Bre Ellis has been up to throughout the summer!👇

From cheering at the Women’s College Softball World Series with my family to leading a missions team in Cambodia and sharing the hope of Jesus, this summer has been full of unforgettable moments. In Cambodia, I was honored to speak to a group of Cambodian pastors and talk with them about ministry. I also enjoyed a lot of the food and culture!

Back home, I've enjoyed studying at our church coffee shop as I finish seminary, making memories with my son at Scheel's riding the Ferris wheel, sharing breakfast with a friend, taking daily walks to enjoy God's creation, and spending time with my family at the lake🌿☕🌊

We are excited to welcome back Joel Pepin to the Lincoln Christian School and Church on the Move family as Associate Head of School and Interim Elementary Principal!🙌

Joel earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in School Administration, and he's currently completing his Doctorate in Christian School Administration. A familiar face to many in the LCS community, Joel began his teaching career here in 2005 as a fifth-grade teacher and previously served our school for 12 years in a variety of teaching, coaching, and leadership roles📚

Joel and his wife, Tanya, share a deep love for Christian education. Together they have two wonderful children, Whitley and Drexel. Joel and his family are excited to rejoin the Church on the Move and Lincoln Christian School family and look forward to partnering with parents, students, faculty, and staff in the years ahead!👏
