“I ran for this position because I wanted to become more involved in supporting Delta Gamma, and I felt like it was such a great opportunity to use my organizational and planning skills to help contribute to our chapter’s growth! One of my favorite parts of this role has been planning sisterhood events that bring everyone together and create meaningful memories, especially our chapter retreat at our alum’s house and Moms Weekend at the house! Through this position, I’ve learned so much about communication, organization, and how important those things are to maintaining a strong and healthy chapter. This role has definitely helped me become even more driven, focused, and confident, and I’ve truly loved being able to give back to our sisterhood in this way!”

Introducing our Vice President of Communications, Ashley Seale! Below is a little message from Ashley about her time as VP: Communications!

“As Vice President of Communications, I oversee Delta Gamma’s communications and social media presence, helping shape how our chapter is represented both on campus and online. I work closely with our director of social media to create content that reflects who we are as an organization and highlights the values, friendships, and experiences that make Delta Gamma special.
One of my favorite parts of this role is showcasing the women of our chapter and sharing the moments that make our sisterhood unique. Whether it’s managing our chapter’s image, promoting events, celebrating member achievements, creating content for recruitment, or writing our weekly chapter newsletter, I love finding ways to keep our members informed and connected while authentically telling our story.
This position has given me the opportunity to grow as a leader while helping ensure that Delta Gamma is represented in a way that is genuine, welcoming, and reflective of the incredible women who call Gamma Beta home. 💙⚓”

“This is my second year serving as Vice President of Social Standards, and I’m so honored that I’ve been trusted again to keep doing something I care so much about. Over the past two years, I’ve focused on being someone people can come to, helping support members, and making sure our environment stays respectful and inclusive. I’ve learned a lot about leadership, especially through how important it is to listen first and understand where people are coming from. My favorite part of this role is just getting to show up for my sisters and help create a chapter where people feel comfortable being themselves and know they matter.”

Introducing our Vice President of Foundation, Lea Sasche! Below is a short message from Lea about her time as VP: Foundation so far!

“As a freshman, I was initially hesitant to run for a CMT position, but I felt especially drawn to our philanthropy. One of the main reasons I joined Delta Gamma was my personal connection to Service for Sight. My cousin was diagnosed with Stargardt disease and has progressively lost their vision, inspiring me to make a meaningful impact on children facing similar challenges. As VP Foundation, we had an incredibly successful spring philanthropy week, and I’m already brainstorming for the fall! I’ve loved combining friendship and service while strengthening bonds with my sisters and making a lasting impact on others.”

Lea

Introducing our President, Norah Koechner! Below is a little message from Norah about her time as President so far!

“Coming into college I was unsure about joining Greek life, but I can confidently say it has been the best decision I could have made for myself! I ran for President because I wanted the opportunity to give back to something that has had such a meaningful influence on me throughout my time at TU. Running for President took a leap of faith that I could not have done without the unwavering support from all of my sisters. Serving in this role has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career. It has challenged me to grow, lead with purpose, and surround myself with women who inspire me to be the best version of myself. I am honored to work alongside a group of intelligent, compassionate, and dedicated women who are committed to making Delta Gamma the best place it can be! Being in Delta Gamma has made me realize that I am a part of something much bigger than myself. I am so grateful to represent an organization that empowers women to lead, serve, and make a lasting impact on those around them!”

Introducing our Vice President of Membership, Anna Lepere! Below is a short message from Anna about her time so far!

“Being VP Membership has already been such a rewarding experience! I originally wanted to run for this position because I loved Work Week and recruitment, and hearing Norah talk about how fun and meaningful the role was made me even more excited about it. So far, we’ve had a successful EVC transition and welcomed three COBs into our chapter, which has been so exciting to be a part of. Being involved on multiple boards has also taught me a lot about time management and how much work goes into keeping our chapter running smoothly. I’ve already learned so much in this role, and I’m especially excited for recruitment this fall and getting to help grow our sisterhood!”
