Tonight, NAMI Tulsa and Langston University–Tulsa invite you to join us for Seen. Heard. Understood., a community conversation recognizing Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Month.

Mental health impacts every community, but access to support, resources, and understanding is not experienced equally. Tonight’s conversation is an opportunity to hear from diverse perspectives, connect with local resources, and learn how we can work together to create communities where everyone feels supported.

Join us for an evening featuring:

🧠 A community panel discussion with leaders, advocates, and individuals sharing perspectives and lived experiences
🤝 A resource fair connecting you with local organizations and services available throughout our community
💬 Meaningful conversations focused on reducing stigma, improving access to care, and strengthening support systems

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting Bessie Coleman Day here at the LU-Tulsa Campus! The day was filled with lots of activities all geared toward celebrating the legacy of one of Dear Langston's most well known alumnae: Bessie Coleman. Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday!
