🌟 May Character Trait: Leadership 🌟

Leadership is more than being in charge—it’s about making positive choices, helping others, showing responsibility, and leading by example. 💙

The world needs strong leaders who lead with kindness, courage, character, and integrity. Every child has the potential to be a leader through their words, actions, and everyday decisions!

🏡 Ways to grow leadership at home:
✔️ Encourage responsibility with chores and routines
✔️ Model honesty, respect, and kindness
✔️ Teach problem-solving and teamwork
✔️ Encourage helping others and serving the community
✔️ Praise perseverance, initiative, and positive choices

Together, we can help our students become leaders who inspire others and make a difference in the world. Thank you for partnering with us to grow children who lead with character and integrity! 🌟

Tomorrow we wrap up a week full of celebrations for our amazing teachers at Robertson! While we know our teachers deserve to be celebrated far beyond just one week, thank you for helping us make them feel extra special these past few days.

For our final celebration day — Friday, May 8th — we invite students to bring their teacher a small surprise gift, such as a bath scrub, lotion, or another thoughtful item they can enjoy for some rest and rejuvenation this weekend.

Let’s finish the week by showing our teachers just how deeply grateful we are for all they do each and every day! 🌻🎁🌺🎉🌸❤️

We’re nearing the end of Teacher Appreciation Week, but we still have TWO more days to celebrate our amazing teachers and staff! 💙

On Thursday, May 7, 2026, please have your child bring their teacher something they love—whether it’s a sweet treat, their favorite drink, a coffee, a candle, or a salty snack.

Let’s work together to make their day extra special and show just how much we appreciate everything they do! 🎉🎉🎉

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week, and we’re celebrating the incredible dedication our teachers show both in and out of the classroom!

We invite you to have your child write a heartfelt thank-you note to their teacher and bring it to school on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. A simple message of appreciation can go a long way in brightening a teacher’s day and reminding them of the meaningful impact they have on their students.

Thank you for helping us recognize and celebrate our amazing teachers!

This week, students will be taking the Amira end-of-year assessment. Please remind your child to take their time and do their very best.

These end of year assessments help us understand what your child has mastered throughout the year, as well as identify areas where they may need additional support. Encouraging them to put forth their best effort is very important.

Additionally, student attendance during these final 17 days is vital in helping them finish the year strong. Being present each day ensures they don’t miss important instruction and support as we wrap up the school year. Thank you for your continued support!
