The start of the new school year is approaching quickly. Parents, the following are some vital skills necessary for children to thrive in school. We kindly request your help in initiating these skills now.

Does anyone know of any West Side businesses, churches, organizations, restaurants, barbershops, salons, or other groups that are planning a Back-to-School Bash for our kids this year?

I've been seeing lots of amazing back-to-school events happening all over Tulsa, especially on the north side, and I absolutely love seeing communities come together like that. ❤️ The problem is that not all of our west side families have transportation to make it across town.

I would love to see something for our own west side kiddos. Whether it's school supplies, haircuts, food, games, or just a fun day before school starts, I know it would mean so much to so many families.

I work at Robertson Elementary, but my heart is with ALL of our west side schools.

If anyone is already planning something, knows of an event, or would like to organize one, I'd love to help however I can. I'll make phone calls, help coordinate, volunteer, spread the word... whatever is needed.

Let's show our west side kids how loved and supported they are. 💙📚

We have a parent that will be selling these t-shirts the last day of school for a one interested. Here is the information.

There will be no classes on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Enjoy your day off, and we’ll see everyone back on Tuesday for the final days of the school year.

As the school year winds down, attendance remains extremely important through the very last day of school! Please make sure your child arrives at school on time each day and ready to learn. Every school day counts, and we still have 11 days left to help our students finish strong and prepare for continued success. Thank you for your support and partnership!

Greetings Robertson Parents,
I apologize for the confusion and lack of details regarding Field Day.

Field Day will be held tomorrow, Friday, May 8, 2026. Parents are welcome to attend during their child’s designated time to observe and cheer them on. Please check in at the office upon arrival and then proceed directly to the playground.

Field Day Schedule:
Kindergarten–2nd Grade: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM
Students will return to class afterward.

3rd–5th Grade: 12:30 PM–2:20 PM

Pre-K: Field Day will take place on the small playground outside their classroom. Please check with Ms. Lower for specific times.

STARS: Please check with Mrs. Baccus for times.

The PTA will also have a snack shack available. Most items, including sno cones, will be $1. Meat sticks will be sold 2 for $3.

We look forward to a fun Field Day tomorrow!

Tomorrow we wrap up a week full of celebrations for our amazing teachers at Robertson! While we know our teachers deserve to be celebrated far beyond just one week, thank you for helping us make them feel extra special these past few days.

For our final celebration day — Friday, May 8th — we invite students to bring their teacher a small surprise gift, such as a bath scrub, lotion, or another thoughtful item they can enjoy for some rest and rejuvenation this weekend.

Let’s finish the week by showing our teachers just how deeply grateful we are for all they do each and every day! 🌻🎁🌺🎉🌸❤️
